Healing Is Rarely a Straight Line
A Voice Within 心聲 offers clinical hypnotherapy and integrative psychotherapy,
supporting you through emotional stress,
inner conflict, life transitions, and mind-body imbalance as you gradually reconnect with steadiness,
clarity, and inner strength.
Healing from emotional wounds is rarely a straight line. There will be better days and more difficult days
— and a difficult day does not mean you are failing.
Beyond the support I offer, you may also wish to know the way I approach this work.
My name is Sherli, and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Integrative Psychotherapy practitioner, providing online support for individuals moving through emotional challenges, life transitions, and periods of inner change.
My work combines Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy in a steady, compassionate, and carefully tailored way. I support clients in exploring emotional difficulties, past experiences, personal struggles, and the deeper patterns that may be shaping their present life.
I am a registered member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy (BSCHIP) and The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH). My work is held within a professional framework that values confidentiality, ethical care, and thoughtful therapeutic practice.
I see therapy as a space where people can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand themselves more deeply. Within this process, healing and change are not forced, but gently supported with care, clarity, and professionalism.
I work with clients who may be experiencing emotional stress, anxiety, inner conflict, sleep difficulties, life transitions, relational wounds, or emotional exhaustion.
This work may also be helpful if you wish to understand yourself more deeply, process past experiences, develop a steadier sense of inner stability, and reconnect with your direction in life.
Therapy is not about forcing yourself to feel better straight away. It is about being supported in a safe, confidential, and gentle space, where you can gradually see yourself more clearly, understand yourself more deeply, and return to a steadier, clearer inner state.
